Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by translating complex cooling solutions into client value.

You will manage a multi-faceted sales lifecycle, from prospecting to project delivery, while coordinating with engineering teams to design and quote custom solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, align customer needs with product offerings, and help expand our service and software offerings.

Qualifications

• BSME from an accredited institution.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Ability to interact with staff up to C-suite executives.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Effective project management and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex engineering concepts into actionable client solutions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and quote custom solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Align customer needs with product and service offerings through consultative sales.
• Coordinate service and product implementation with internal teams.
• Represent the company at events and client meetings.
• Facilitate post-sale service and ensure deliverables.
• Support lead generation through various channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce).
