Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer – New Graduate (Service) to grow and manage customer accounts. You will identify needs and develop service solutions that support reliability and ongoing maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems.

This structured developmental role targets recent graduates, with emphasis on building strong relationships, contracts, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stay seated or standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose service solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Sell and manage service and preventive maintenance agreements, renewals and upgrades.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for service contracts and projects.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and scope while maintaining profitability and value.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project delivery for new/existing customers.
