You will collaborate with engineering, construction, and service teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in business development or sales in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical services.
• Proven track record of building accounts and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of ammonia and/or CO₂ systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in industrial refrigeration markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and service contracts.
• Develop and present proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Grow long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts; tailor solutions across construction, service, and maintenance.
• Support clients with project planning, budgeting, and technical insight.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity; represent IRPROS at events.
