Job summary

You will develop service solutions that enhance reliability and lifecycle value. The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to navigate complex projects from prospecting to delivery.

Qualifications

• BSME from an accredited institution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• CRM proficiency and solid project management skills.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that improve reliability and lifecycle value.
• Sell and manage service and preventive maintenance agreements, including renewals and upgrades.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for service agreements and repairs.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope while maintaining profitability.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor and point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate service and product implementation with internal teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.
• Facilitate post-sale service and follow-through on deliverables.
• Support lead generation through referrals, networking, and content marketing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
