This in-house, end-to-end role supports engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and ongoing service across North America, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• BSME or related field required.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and develop service solutions to improve reliability and lifecycle value.
• Sell and manage service and preventive maintenance agreements including renewals and expansions.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for service contracts and projects.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and scope while maintaining profitability.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to delivery for new and existing customers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned accounts.
