Job summary

Dover Food Retail’s AMS Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager specialized in CO2 refrigeration systems to lead startup, commissioning, and ongoing project execution. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality across onsite and offsite activities, coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires 10+ years in refrigeration, strong technical knowledge of CO2 systems, and the ability to travel extensively (90-100%).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years refrigeration industry experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment and drive projects to completion.
• Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems and ability to read blueprints/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and commissioning of CO2 refrigeration projects.
• Oversee onsite and offsite supervision, scheduling, budget, and quality.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and communication plans.
• Travel 90-100% of time to job sites to document reports and manage client relations.
