Job summary

HTI is seeking an Industrial Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for our clients. The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will independently drive recruitment efforts, source candidates, and coordinate interviews and onboarding at HTI locations and client sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or people-facing roles; HR/recruiting experience a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment processes for HTI clients.
• Screen applicants and schedule orientations.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to grow candidate pool.
• Maintain active pool of pre-screened candidates.
• Coordinate job fairs and onsite client visits.
• Support onboarding and HR-related tasks.
