Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an Associate Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting across multiple business units. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify top talent and build strong candidate pipelines.

The role offers exposure to multiple HR functions and a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in HR or recruiting are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or related function.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under deadlines and with initiative.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate setting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for high volume roles including screening, phone screens, candidate communications, interview coordination, and post-offer process.
• Collaborate with Recruitment team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand recruiting needs.
• Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and develop pipelines for future talent.
• Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates via various tools and social media.
• Present best qualified candidates to managers meeting job requirements.
