Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience in agency or high-volume staffing.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, maintenance, or skilled trades positions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct-hire and contract positions across manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and skilled trades.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases.
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients with detailed candidate summaries.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, manage offers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and market conditions.
• Consistently meet recruiting activity, interview, submission, and placement goals.
