Job summary

HTI is seeking an energetic Recruiter in our Industrial Division to connect talent with great opportunities. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while delivering a positive candidate and client experience.

The role requires on-site collaboration at our branch locations, with travel within the assigned region as needed. Compensation includes commission in addition to base salary and full benefits, with opportunities to grow

As a Recruiter in our Industrial Division, you will connect people with employment opportunities while helping clients meet their staffing needs. This role includes commission in addition to base compensation, along with opportunities to develop valuable recruiting and business skills and grow within HTI. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment and Candidate Management

• Independently manage recruitment processes for all HTI clients.
• Screen applicants based on requirements set by clients and HTI, scheduling them for orientations as needed.
• Understand client job requirements and follow client specific processes.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to grow the candidate pool.
• Maintain an activepool of pre-screened candidates who have successfully completed testing, reference checks, and background checks.
• Utilize approved AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to improve productivity, streamline administrative tasks, generate recruiting insights, and supportcontinuous process improvement.
• Manage candidates throughout applicant life cyclefrom pre-screen to first day.
• Ensure employee filesmeet quality standards and HTI’s management guidelines.
• Utilize Bullhorn softwareto maximize recruiter efficiency by maintaining accurate records throughout the recruiting process.

Client and Event Support

• Coordinate and attend job fairs to representHTI and its clients as needed.
• Collaborate with HTI and client management to meet staffinggoals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot recruiting challenges and propose effective resolutions.
• Assist onsite at client locations, providing candidate tours, conducting interviews, and supporting first-day tasks.

Communication and Correspondence

• Greet HTI applicants upon arrival, assessing their needs, and conducting instant interviews as necessary.
• Manage online applications and incoming applicant phone calls, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain clear phone or in person communication with candidates about offers, availability, and client-specific requirements.
• Update applicant files, pool candidates, and working files per HTI guidelines.

Team and Administrative Support

• Participate in daily management meetingsto review time-to-fill metrics and discusscritical

openings with the team.

• Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with conducting orientations and managingrelated tasks.
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions, which will take place both at our local office and at the corporate office.
• Perform additional team support duties as required, ensuring smooth operations.

The role is performed primarily at a branch location, requiring regular interaction with associates and internal staff in the office. The position also requires regular onsite visitsto client locations, where you will interact with associates and clients in office and/ormanufacturing plant floor settings. Appropriate PPE and attire are required based on client specifications.

Travel:

Travel withinthe assigned regionis required to support branch operations and client relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverseaudiences.

• Ability to integrate AI tools into the recruitment process to increase productivity, improve candidate identification and screening, enhancecommunication, and supportinformed hiring recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based applications.
• High School Diplomaor GED required; BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience, including customer serviceor another people-facing role; recruiting, HR, staffing, and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skillsare a plus.
