Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience supporting executives, brokers, or teams in CRE or fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
• Commercial real estate experience in brokerage, leasing, or transaction coordination is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to industrial CRE brokers.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate brokerage/leasing docs (RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, status reports).
• Gather and analyze market research for client deliverables and presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM with prospects, client records, and deal pipelines.
• Coordinate with research, finance, marketing, and brokerage ops to support needs.
• Track active transactions, deadlines, and deliverables; assist with invoicing.
