Qualifications

• Experience in client relationships and business development within CRE.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Yardi, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with timely reporting.
• Conduct on-site property visits and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure tenant billings are accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee bidding for third-party contracted services and ensure standards.
• Support team development and career advancement.
