Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with analysis.
• Analyze property-level metrics and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Partner with leasing and property management teams.
• Assist with planning and monitoring capital improvement programs.
• Produce recurring asset and portfolio reporting.
