Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 10-15 properties in New Jersey and Long Island from an on-site role in East Rutherford, NJ. You will oversee operations, budgets, and client satisfaction, while guiding staff and managing capital projects.

You will coordinate lease administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver detailed financial reporting to property owners, with a focus on tenant relations and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations.
• 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high property standards and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners.
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations
