Job summary

JLL is seeking a General Manager to lead our Industrial Property Management team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. The GM will oversee an industrial portfolio, drive client and tenant satisfaction, and manage budgets and project work including TI and capital improvements.

You will mentor and develop staff, and communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to sustain strong relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive commercial property management experience, leadership skills, and

Qualifications

At least seven years of commercial property management experience.
Minimum of three years of directly managing property managers and team members.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, CAM reconciliations and financial reporting.
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration.
Texas Real Estate License is preferred.
Experience using property management software (Yardi, Kardin, MRI) is required.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the team and deliver outstanding client service for an industrial portfolio.
Prepare budgets and financial reports; manage TI and capital improvement projects.
Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to maintain strong relationships.
Develop staff and foster an energized, collaborative work environment.
