Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cross-train through departments to learn hands-on industrial/engineering technologies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process, quality and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with the CMC team on process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Assist in lab standardization and document control activities.
• Perform basic chemical analysis of steel samples and physical testing.
• Prepare samples and verify test results against specifications.
• Support safety programs and uphold CMC Safety Culture.
