Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Houston, TX is hiring an Industrial Property Associate to serve as the on-site administrative contact for an industrial portfolio. You’ll support accounting, tenant relations, and daily property operations to help maintain exceptional service standards.

The role offers 1–2 years of office experience in CRE, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property mgmt.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance.
• Support property management with data entry, document prep and property records.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, invoices, and other financial tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management.
• Prepare monthly reports and property performance updates for leadership and clients.
• Assist with lease administration and tenant move-in processes.
• Coordinate tenant events and building communications; provide reception backup.
