Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team in Irvine. You will support a Property Manager in overseeing industrial properties, manage tenant relations, and coordinate vendor services to ensure smooth operations.

You will assist in preparing financial reports, reviewing invoices, and helping with budget planning. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with experience in real estate software a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with tenants/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building operations and tenant relations for industrial properties.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure service contracts compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with operating budgets.
