Job summary

JLL in Irvine, CA is seeking an Industrial Property Associate to act as the primary administrative contact for an industrial portfolio, providing accounting support and ensuring strong tenant relations. This on-site role involves data entry, AP/AR processing, and coordinating maintenance to support property operations and client needs.

The position offers on-site work with standard hours and opportunities to grow within commercial real estate, backed by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in CRE or property management.
• 1-2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to grow in CRE.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance.
• Support property management with data entry, record maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, invoices and other financial tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and property performance updates.
• Support lease administration and tenant move-in processes.
• Assist with tenant events and building communications.
• Provide backup support for receptionist and general office operations.
