Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience communicating with tenants/vendors professionally.
• Experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar).
• Basic accounting knowledge and skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day building operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service contracts; ensure compliance.
• Assist in selecting or recommending vendor contracts as appropriate.
• Support with budgeting, reporting, and operating expenses.
• Assist in processing invoices and maintaining accurate coding.
• Assist in coordinating insurance, electricity procurement, and real estate tax reviews.
• Support leasing, marketing, and construction needs.
• Handle after-hours emergency responses and tenant events.
