Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, project management or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in logistics/ supply chain, construction, rigging, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment tracking management and equipment inventory recordkeeping.
• Intermediate computer skills using a Windows-based system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse/storage teams and Project Managers to verify inventory status and readiness for delivery.
• Ensure storage data accuracy through daily system audits against tickets and records.
• Assist in job cost tracking by reconciling PO numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, and identifiers.
• Log final setting location of delivered equipment and maintain traceability across projects.
• Support customer requests with documentation, photos, and real-time inventory updates.
• Prepare invoice backup packets for key accounts, especially month-end billing.
• Review customer-facing documentation for accuracy and timely delivery.
