Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Project Engineer to support field operations on industrial projects. The role reports to the Director of Industrial Services and ensures teams have materials, equipment and information to complete work safely and efficiently.

The engineer works with project managers and procurement, reviews contracts and schedules, and helps manage subcontractors and vendors through the buyout process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience; construction environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PDF editing tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project management with permits, proposals, contracts and schedules.
• Review specifications and drawings for subcontractor scopes.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs and submittals; maintain logs.
• Manage materials, equipment purchases and vendor relations.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and punch-list activities.
• Produce turnover documentation and ensure safety, quality and progress.
