OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Project Management Coordinator in Phoenix to support project managers by coordinating activities, schedules, and documentation. The role requires 2+ years in project coordination and a relevant degree, with strong MS Office 365 and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or administration experience.
• Degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read engineered specifications, construction drawings, and P&IDs.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documents, and communication.
• Track milestones and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, customers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contracts, submittals, O&Ms, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Prepare status reports and highlight risks and action items.
• Assist with closeout activities and lessons learned.
