Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to turn plans into results. You will develop project plans, assemble teams, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders to keep work on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of PM experience in construction or equipment sectors, a 4-year engineering or construction degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Office 365. This role offers growth, benefits, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience in construction or related industries.
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and detailed engineered specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan with scope, objectives, timelines, budget, resources and risks.
• Assemble and lead a project team with the right skills.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Develop and manage project budgets and track progress with regular reports.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Close out projects and document lessons learned.
