Qualifications

• 2+ years in project administration, customer service, order entry, service coordination, purchasing, or administrative support.
• 2+ years supporting industrial, manufacturing, distribution, service center, repair, or related operations.
• Experience processing orders, purchase orders, quotes, invoices, or service docs.
• Coordinate vendors, materials, inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and project schedules.
• Strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, inventory management, or related software.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple projects/priorities.
• Experience with repair/maintenance/industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Must have High School Diploma; related education helps but is not essential.
