Industrial Systems Consulting is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our engineering and industrial project teams. This is not simply an administrative role.

You will work alongside project managers, engineers, and designers to keep multiple projects aligned with client expectations, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables. The strongest candidates bring 5+ years coordinating technical projects and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting or coordinating projects in engineering, construction, industrial, or similar technical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, deliverables, action-item lists, and project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new project-management and engineering systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple engineering and design projects simultaneously.
• Maintain project schedules, action-item lists, deliverable registers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and document decisions, responsibilities, and follow-up actions.
• Track project milestones and upcoming deliverables.
• Follow up with engineers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep commitments moving forward.
• Help coordinate project resources and priorities across multiple assignments.
• Assist project managers with project startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
