Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to maintain and inspect raw grinding, finish grinding, blending, calcining, and related equipment. You will operate equipment, assist in repairs, and ensure safe, efficient production across high-temperature environments.

The role requires lifting 75–100 lbs, outdoor work in extreme temperatures, and rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A High School or GED is required and PPE compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 75–100 lbs regularly.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and operation of grinding and conveying equipment.
• Operate valves, slides and gates to control material flow.
• Measure and report bin, tank, and silo levels as required.
• Assist with preheater tower and kiln inlet scaling and minor repairs.
• Support maintenance with repairs and communicate malfunctions.
