Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must lift 75–100 lbs regularly and pass a physical fit test.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures year-round.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect grinding and material handling equipment.
• Operate valves, gates and auxiliary motors as directed.
• Monitor material flow from storage to mills and silos.
• Assist maintenance with repairs and report malfunctions.
• Work with heavy equipment and adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
