Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Technician to maintain and inspect grinding and material handling equipment across a broad range of processes. You will support the operation, assist with minor repairs, and ensure safe, efficient performance on site.

Applicants should be prepared for year-round outdoor work in extreme temperatures, lift 75–100 lbs regularly, and work rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays with strict adherence to PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect raw grinding, finish grinding, raw materials blending, calcining, clinker cooling, coal mill, and auxiliary equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Assist in operation of equipment and start auxiliary motors as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
• Monitor material flow from storage to mills, silos, kiln, and clinker storage for continuous movement.
• Communicate equipment status and malfunctions to the Production Supervisor or Control Room Operator.
