Job summary

Aerotek in Minnesota is seeking a Product Coordinator to support customers and sales teams by managing order processing, inventory inquiries, product information, and ERP workflows. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing or industrial product experience in a fast-paced B2B setting.

Responsibilities include handling orders, researching parts, using SAP/ERP systems, and coordinating with warehouses, while maintaining accurate data in Excel. In-office schedule Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales support, product coordination, or sales support experience in industrial environments.
• Experience working in an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or a proprietary system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for filtering, sorting, and managing records across multiple worksheets.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, order processing, and documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical data and product specifications to assist customers.
• Solid organizational skills to handle multiple requests and orders simultaneously.
• Ability to manage high volume of inquiries and changes in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with a fully in-office schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding products, availability, orders, and status.
• Process customer orders received directly from customers and outside sales reps with accuracy.
• Research parts by collaborating with manufacturers and internal resources to provide options.
• Analyze technical data to recommend correct parts and solutions.
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries daily with email as the primary channel.
• Enter and process orders, including payment information, securely and timely.
• Provide order status updates and communicate delays proactively.
• Collaborate with warehouse partners to verify inventory and fulfill orders.
• Use SAP to document interactions, track orders, and maintain records.
• Utilize Excel daily to manage data, track orders, and support reporting.
• Support inside sales activities with order entry, invoicing, and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain high level of customer service with prompt, professional responses.
