Job summary

Williams International in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our aftermarket team. You will facilitate the sale, distribution, and coordination of spare parts, tooling, and product support activities, working with customers, service centers, OEMs, and internal teams to keep engine maintenance operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
0–5 years of experience.
Experience in supply chain, customer support, operations, or technical product environment preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work holidays and weekends when business needs require.
U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process spare parts and tooling orders.
Set up new consignment locations; manage inventory and audits.
Drive order follow-up and issue resolution.
Support manufacturing coordination and expedite hardware as needed.
Assist customers with account and payment activities.
Maintain customer data in ERP and CRM systems.
Answer inquiries related to engine maintenance programs, pricing, and availability.
