Job summary

The successful candidate will work closely with Operations to map processes, apply Lean tools, conduct time studies, and develop standard work while enabling scalable solutions across facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years hands-on industrial engineering experience.
• Experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, and process engineering methodologies.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional operational improvement projects.
• Knowledge of OEE and other performance measurement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop solutions to improve productivity, throughput, and labor utilization.
• Establish methods to measure effectiveness and sustainability of improvements.
• Create process maps, standard work, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to reflect practical requirements.
