Job summary

Greenworks Tools seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process development and ramp-up for new products. You will bridge Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure manufacturability, safety, and cost targets.

You will drive production readiness, tooling and automation strategies, and collaborate across teams to enable scalable launches and long-term efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
• 5+ years in NPI or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with assembly manufacturing operations in large-scale/global settings preferred.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and capital equipment implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities and manufacturing planning with R&D.
• Drive DFM/DFA improvements for launches.
• Develop, implement, and optimize assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Design layouts, workflows and material flow to maximize productivity.
• Develop manufacturing documentation including PFMEAs and SOPs.
• Support manufacturing readiness and production ramp-up.
