Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IE efforts to improve manufacturing processes, systems, and workflows.
• Develop labor standards, capacity models, and cost estimates for business cases.
• Analyze current state processes and design future state solutions.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Create and maintain standard work, layouts, and technical materials.
• Support production and quality teams by resolving process issues.
• Partner across functions to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Identify and help implement innovative methods and best practices.
