Job summary

REMarkets is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead change initiatives, design standardized operating procedures, and optimize warehouse layouts across facilities. The role will drive lean improvements throughout the asset recovery lifecycle, from data-driven analysis to process redesign and performance tracking.

You will collaborate with operations, IT, quality, and logistics, while applying Lean and continuous improvement methods on complex, secure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, warehouse operations, distribution, production, or similar operational environment.
• Experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional operational improvement projects.
• Experience within electronics recycling, asset recovery, refurbishment, manufacturing, distribution, or related environment is preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives within operational processes using Lean methods.
• Design and standardize standard operating procedures across facilities.
• Lead warehouse layout design and optimization for efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for improvements across asset recovery lifecycle.
• Develop and implement operations planning and scheduling practices.
• Analyze OEE to maximize equipment effectiveness and productivity.
• Oversee and optimize the use of WMS and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Train staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Report KPI progress and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
