Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Plumber for the McPherson, KS site. You will oversee daily water systems, perform PM and repairs, and handle piping, valves, and related infrastructure. On‑call work and off‑hours shifts may be required.

You will work with building operations and clients to minimize disruption, prioritize work orders, and ensure safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma and Journeyman plumbing license, plus 2+ years of industrial facility plumbing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Journeyman plumbing license.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial facility plumbing.
• Experience with piping, mechanical systems, boiler controls.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer use.
• Able to lift 50 lb. and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform PM and repairs on water piping and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and respond to emergencies; monitor heating and cooling equipment.
• Coordinate with client to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Prioritize PM, corrective and urgent work orders; assign tasks to team.
• Ensure safety and EHS compliance on site.
• Participate in budget preparation and procurement for maintenance.
