Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a skilled Plumber for our Franklin, MA facility. You will maintain and repair all plumbing systems, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, and waste operations while collaborating with an engineering team.

The role requires a valid MA plumber license (journeyman/master), 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, and strong safety practices. The position offers a full-time on-site schedule with on-call responsibilities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completed apprenticeship program or trade school education in plumbing.
• Valid journeyman or master plumber's license (as required by Massachusetts state/local jurisdiction).
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience in customer service and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, waste disposal, water heaters, and backflow devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair fixtures; clear clogged drains and maintain pumps.
• Manage work orders in CMMS and communicate with building occupants.
• Oversee contractor activities, review major repairs, and ensure compliance with codes and safety procedures.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and coordinate water treatment programs.
