Job summary

You will diagnose, install, and maintain large-scale equipment while mentoring apprentices and ensuring safety and code compliance in all work.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing License (state-specific) and ability to work independently on commercial projects.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable commercial or industrial field plumbing experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory, foreman, or lead technician role.
• Expert-level knowledge of heavy commercial plumbing systems and materials.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbing technicians and apprentices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install complex commercial plumbing systems.
• Interpret blueprints and mechanical schematics to plan installations.
• Conduct field inspections to verify code compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to manage projects.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and lead toolbox talks.
• Assist with estimating labor and material costs for large-scale bids.
