Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Kingston, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and light maintenance of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems across the facility.

The role requires on-site presence, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with a focus on completing work orders in CMMS, performing basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and related tasks, and collaborating with the Facility Manager and Chief Engineer to maintain safe, reliable buildings.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the on-site facilities team in maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and painting.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean, safe condition.
• Work with Facility Manager and Chief Engineer; participate in safety and training programs.
