Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is hiring a Back Plant Operator to oversee safe, efficient operation of industrial systems in our Maryland facility. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance teams while adhering to lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details per facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and report issues and repair requests via defined work orders.
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operation and equipment checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes in support of maintenance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
