Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Back Plant Operator in Kapolei, Hawaii to oversee safe and efficient operation of industrial disposal systems. Responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and performing lock-out/tag-out in collaboration with maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and experience operating heavy industrial equipment; a rotating shift schedule is required.

• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and tools.
• Complete routine inspections of equipment and document details per facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues using work order processes.
• Carry out lock-out/tag-out procedures to support maintenance teams.
• Other duties to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
