Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC in Maryland is seeking a Back Plant Operator responsible for the safe, efficient operation of industrial disposal processes and equipment. You will perform tasks, inspections, and report issues to ensure continuous, compliant plant performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and experience operating heavy industrial equipment. You must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Shift: 12 Hour Rotating shifts, days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures.
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
