Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Back Plant Operator to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of industrial systems and equipment at our Harrisburg facility.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, execute lock-out/tag-out procedures, and support maintenance teams while following facility procedures and safety rules. Competitive base salary with day-one benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations
