Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Warehouse/Distribution team and drive sales for pipe, fittings, flanges, and related industrial products. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, generate quotes, assist customers with product selection, and provide support throughout the sales process.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, timely follow-up, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills; attention to detail; strong time management skills; ability to build longterm customer relationships in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate price quotes and proposals for prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Confer with potential customers regarding piping needs and advise customers on available alternatives.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Consult with management on larger proposals.
• Make in-person contact with potential clients when possible.
• Report customer feedback to management.
