Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Warehouse/Distribution team. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, generate sales, and support customers through the sales process, including product selection, pricing, quotes, order entry, and follow-up for pipe, fittings, flanges, and related industrial products.

• 2-5 years of industry or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate price quotes and proposals for prospective clients in a timely manner.
• Confer with potential customers regarding piping needs and advise on available alternatives.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Consult with management on larger proposals.
• Make in-person contact with potential clients when possible.
• Report customer feedback to management.
