Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled pipefitter to lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems and related components. You will work on steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and production systems, ensuring accurate fits and safe operation.

Responsibilities include reading plans, selecting tools, and testing systems for leaks while maintaining strict safety standards in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of field experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Plan work and select proper tools with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems and related equipment.
• Inspect worksite for obstructions and plan sequence to avoid conflicts.
• Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper fit and support.
