Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks a skilled welder to perform a variety of welding functions in all positions on structural plate and 6G pipe with SMAW, FCAW and GTAW. The role requires reading blueprints and ensuring compliance with WPS/PQR testing criteria.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience welding large industrial pipe.
• Fluent understanding of WPS/PQRs and setup for all positions.
• Able to work in confined spaces and wear PPE for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld in all positions on structural plate and 6G pipe using SMAW, FCAW, GTAW.
• Read blueprints and apply welding insignia to assemble piping and structures.
• Prepare metal surfaces to specification and inspect weld quality.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts and follow safety rules.
• Assist with audits and maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
