Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in customer service or related industrial distribution roles.
• Experience handling high call volume and order support.
• Proficient with ERP systems and multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide courteous service.
• Assist with orders and parts for mechanical products.
• Navigate ERP and other software to look up information and support orders.
