Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries about industrial equipment. You will provide remote troubleshooting for electromechanical issues and coordinate cross-functional support to resolve complex service requests.

You will document procedures, generate service reports, and help train internal staff and customers. This onsite role in Pleasant Prairie, WI requires 10–20% travel within a multi-state region and a strong

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
Experience supporting industrial or water/wastewater equipment is a plus.
Experience with ERP/CRM or service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer technical support inquiries related to equipment and systems.
Provide remote troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist customers with equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and best practices.
Coordinate support requests with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation and service procedures.
