Job summary

Bright Minds is seeking a Service Parts Specialist to support customers and field technicians with replacement, repair, and warranty parts for industrial machinery. You will manage the full parts process, from researching components and BOMs to quoting, ordering, and coordinating shipments to keep equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service or parts, experience with BOMs, and ERP systems; SAP is preferred for inventory research and component identification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service or parts experience.
• Experience researching/mechanical or electrical components.
• ERP inventory systems experience is required; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full parts process from researching components and BOMs to preparing quotes.
• Process orders, coordinate shipments, and manage backorders, RMAs, and delivery status communication.
